Quit the Pentagon to speak out against U.S. foreign policy. She has said that “The way Israelis ... run their country in some respects is something Americans could take a lesson from. They put Israel first every time all the time. ... They put Israel number one, they never put Israel number two.”
Liberty and Security (audio, starts 0:58)
Interview with FBI whistleblower Coleen Rowley. She talks about the Chechen connection between “20th hijacker” Zacarias Moussaoui and the Boston Marathon bombers, how 9/11 could have been prevented if government agency heads had just done their jobs, why James Comey should be in prison instead of FBI director, and why there is no conflict between liberty and security.
Catherine Austin Fitts
A former federal investigator who fought government corruption from within and got prosecuted for it. The occasional Christian fundamentalist phrase and leftist bromide annoy, but neither is essential to her message.
Former FBI translator exposing the sale of secret nuclear technology to the Middle East. Those involved include Richard Perle, Douglas Feith, Eric Edelman, Marc Grossman, Brent Scowcroft, Larry Franklin, and congressmen Dennis Hastert, Roy Blunt, Dan Burton, Tom Lantos, Bob Livingston, Stephen Solarz, and think tank members Graham E. Fuller (RAND), David and Alan Makovsky (AIPAC/WINEP).

Debate between Bruce Schneier & Kip Hawley
“That children are now being conditioned to allow strangers to shove hands down their pants, that young women are subjected to genital inspections before being allowed to pursue their careers, that innocent people are adopting poses of humiliation and surrender in response to barked commands, is such a great harm to our society that no one with any sense of history could consider reducing the risk of an astronomically remote adverse event to be justification for TSA’s reprehensible actions. There’s just nothing to balance here. The harms are enormous, the benefits are make-believe. Disband the TSA, now.”

America creates its own enemies (video)
Interview with ex CIA agent Michael Scheuer. Q: Bin Laden is gone. Who is Washington’s number one enemy now ? A: Washington’s enemy is an enemy that doesn’t exist. We’re fighting an Islamic enemy that Washington believes is out to kill us because we have elections, because we’re free, because we have women in the workplace. It’s an enemy that doesn’t exist, it didn’t exist when Bin Laden was alive, it doesn’t exit now. America is being attacked because of its foreign policy in the Muslim world: because of its support for Israel, because of its support for the Saudi police state, because of its presence on the Arab peninsula. And until we accept that, until Americans can say to each other: whether you support aid to Israel or not, our relationship with Israel is causing this war, we are not going to be able to defeat this enemy. ... Israel ... as a country is not the problem. The real problem is the leaders of the Jewish-American community in the United States who influence and corrupt our Congress to support Israel, when we have no interest there.

Joel Skousen – World Affairs Brief
We can’t follow some aspects of his Christianity and disagree with some of his conjectures about 9/11. We’re still considering his claim that the total collapse of the Soviet Union was deliberate deception (if not, the effect looks the same as if it had been, with the Russian Federation run by the KGB and other former Communist Party organs). A Critical Analysis of the Collapse From a Demolition Viewpoint (pdf)
It’s a pity the author, an explosives engineer, of this otherwise sober article becomes peevish at the end. By Brent Blanchard, senior editor for Implosionworld.com and Director of Field Operations at Protec Documentation Services, Inc., which documents demolitions. Why Did the World Trade Center Collapse?
by Thomas W. Eagar and Christopher Musso, M.I.T. Applies to buildings 1 and 2, but not 7. Buildings 1 & 2 disintegrated starting at the top. At any instant, the topmost uncollapsed floor collapsed next, until all floors were at the bottom. This is the opposite of a controlled demolition, where the building disintegrates starting at the bottom, always the bottommost uncollapsed floor collapsing next. Building 7 disintegrated like that, that is, like a controlled demolition. Rebuttal of Richard Gage’s “Blueprint for Truth” (videos)
by Chris Mohr. The plane impacts and resulting fires brought all three buildings down. Now we can concentrate on the real corruption. (Though his answer to the question of video #19, “No,” might be correct, his comparing the Kennedy assasination, vote fraud, etc. to UFOs is inappropriate.)

Unrestricted immigration, darling of every Leftist ! Non-discrimination is the Left’s highest principle, and unrestricted immigration is non-discrimination to the nth degree. The problem began with the Immigration Reform Act of 1965, officially the Hart-Cellar bill, written by Norbert Schlei (passed in 1965, becoming effective mid 1968). Malevolent altruism makes us give up our country. B’nai B’rith International and other Jewish organizations were behind the 1965 act, the culmination of a 40 year effort.

During the 1980 presidential race between President Jimmy Carter and Ronald Reagan, Bush Sr. (Reagan’s running mate and CIA director during the Ford administration) and William Casey (Reagan’s campaign chief and later CIA director) held secret meetings with mullahs of Iran. Bush and Casey negotiated a delay in the release of 52 American hostages, who otherwise would have been released in October, until after the election. (The “surprise” was that the hostages where not released in October.) The intent was to prevent President Carter from looking good and thus to increase Reagan’s chance of victory.

NATO’s Secret Armies: Operation Gladio and Terrorism in Western Europe
by Daniele Ganser. The armies, called “stay-behinds,” were operated by the CIA and MI6 through NATO. They had access to military equipment originally intended for sabotage after a Soviet invasion. Instead the armies carried out terrorist attacks across mainland Europe, killing hundreds of civilians as part of a “strategy of tension.” The attacks were then blamed on communists. Vincenzo Vinciguerra, a Gladio operative now serving a life-sentence for the murder of three policemen, said in court testimony March 2001: “You had to attack civilians, the people, women, children, innocent people, unknown people far removed from any political game. ... The reason was quite simple. ... to force these people, the Italian public, to turn to the state to ask for greater security.”

The Frame-up of Edgar J. SteeleEdgar Steele, a defense attorney specializing in CPS abuse and free speech, is a political prisoner. Why was the FBI consorting with the ADL on this case? The star witness for the prosecution, Larry Fairfax, was a paid FBI informant and admitted crook. The judge allowed him to testify at the trial. In a pre-trial hearing on the admissibility of evidence two audio experts testified in behalf of Mr. Steele. George Papcun, a forensic audiology expert, including voice morphing, said there were an extraordinary number of anomalies in the FBI recordings, suggesting they had been faked. The other expert, Bennett Walsh, a former New York City detective with years of experience investigating audio recordings, said the FBI recordings had been tampered with. On May 2, 2011 – after the federal judge refused to allow either witness to testify – Mr. Steele was convicted on all counts. Judge: B. Lynn Winmill, U.S. District Court (a Clinton nominee); Prosecutor: Traci J. Whelan, Assistant U.S. Attorney; FBI agents: Michael Sotka, and others; Colleague of judge: Mark Haas.Mr. Steele is a white separatist and also critical of many Jews. Suppose you think that’s disgusting, like some people think pornography is disgusting. Then consider this: “It is not very inspiring to fight for the freedom of the purveyors of pornography or their customers. But in the transition to statism, every infringement of human rights has begun with the suppression of a given right’s least attractive practitioners. In this case, the disgusting nature of the offenders makes it a good test of one’s loyalty to a principle.” — Ayn Rand in “Censorship: Local and Express” (1973)

by Robert Stinnett, who approves of FDR’s deceit. The author uncovered the McCollum Memorandum of October 7, 1940, the authenticity of which even his critics acknowledge. The memo’s significance isn’t that FDR followed it – there’s no hard evidence he read it – but rather that the memo was undoubtedly written to “please the boss.” Such a belligerent series of proposals – culminating in “If by these means Japan could be led to commit an overt act of war, so much the better.” – never would have been put on paper had they not been in the air, the atmosphere of the Roosevelt administration. At the opening NBI lectures in Washington, D.C. – October 1966 – Ayn Rand denounced U.S. foreign policy as “imperialistic going back to 1898.” In her essay “The Roots of War” she wrote “The rise of a spirit of nationalistic imperialism in the United States did not come from the right, but from the left, not from big-business interests, but from the collectivist reformers who influenced the policies of Theodore Roosevelt and Woodrow Wilson. For a history of these influences, see The Decline of American Liberalism by Arthur A. Ekirch, Jr.”

Those philosophies appeal to national vanity and national cupidity. They are seductive, especially upon the first view and the most superficial judgment ...” (archive.org)

Sonic weapons at townhall meetings in San Diego county
These weapons – also known as Long Range Acoustic Devices (LRADs) and “sonic cannons” – may be non-lethal but they are not mayemless. Elsewhere, cruise ship captain Michael Groves suffered permanent hearing loss when he used one to repel a pirate attack, and he was behind it rather than in front. At full volume the noise level directly in front is 150 decibels, and even at 300 yards it permanently damages hearing.

“ ‘... the killing of [First Sergeant Eli Isha, mistaken for an Arab] was carried out according to the normal procedure now used by combat units of the Israeli army, called a “certification of death” (veedoo hamavet ...), according to which wounded enemies are routinely shot in the head.’ ” By Frank Collins.

Stalin’s Willing Executioners
“An Israeli student finishes high school without ever hearing the name ‘Genrikh Yagoda’ ” (not to mention Lazar Kaganovich and Lev Davidovich Bronshtein, though the latter is a.k.a. Leon Trotsky). By Sever Plocker.
Israel bringing up Nazi Germany as its raison d’être gives this article relevance here. Yes, many of the Bolsheviks’ victims were Jews: though you see what you eat you don’t always eat what you see. But without Trotsky, Yagoda, Kaganovich, Kamenev, Zinoviev, Uritsky and many other Jews the Bolshevik Revolution and the ensuing mass murder would not have happened. By Mark Weber.

Same Old Stuff from AIPAC

A window on interrogation
Shin Bet, Israel’s FBI, arrests Khotri. He denies the charge. Under torture he confesses. After more torture he names several men as co-conspirators. Then Shin Bet arrests them. And so it goes. (A citizens’ group got Khotri a judicial hearing regarding his injuries. The judge ordered medical treatment, but failed to order an investigation of Shin Bet. Torture in Israel is only nominally illegal.) By Gideon Levy. (archive.org)

Israeli embassy bombing, Buenos Aires, Argentina
An account of the bombing in 1992 and another nearby in 1994. The article shows similarities between these attacks and the Oklahoma City federal building bombing in 1995 and the 7/7 London subway bombing in 2005. Unlike what the article claims there is probably no analogy with 9/11 and certainly not with the Pentagon plane.

Red Mafia: How the Russian Mob Has Invaded America (pdf)
Review by Johanna Granville of the book by Robert I. Friedman. Quoting Friedman: “The state of Israel is a major factor in the rise and power of the Jewish mafia. Jewish drug dealers, child porn pushers and slave traders are free from prosecution in Israel. Israel does not consider these to be crimes ... so long as the victims are non-Jews.”
Accused Letter-bomb Killer Extradited to U.S.
“Under extradition conditions set by Israel, [Robert Steven] Manning cannot be tried for the murder of the ADC official, or for three other politically motivated bombings in which he is a prime suspect, because they occurred after he became an Israeli citizen.” What ?

The County Sheriff: America’s Last Hope
Pamphlet by Richard Mack. When the Clinton administration demanded county sheriffs enforce provisions of the Brady Bill gun control law, he was the first of seven sheriffs (out of about 3,000 in the country) who fought it – and won, though he lost his job through the efforts of Morris Dees (Southern Poverty Law Center) and the ADL. He argues that the county sheriff has the authority to protect citizens from federal agents. See also this video of him and the CSPOA – Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association.

“He who votes decides nothing; he who counts the votes decides everything.” – attributed to Joseph Stalin.
The neocon presidential candidate Ayn Rand Institute writers preferred while trashing Ron Paul.
U.S. Congressional Representative (Texas, nominally Republican), perhaps the only congress-critter walking on two legs. It’s been said that when you see a vote of 434 to 1, you know the 1 was Ron Paul. Unfortunately he waffles on the immigration issue, and has little sense of government corruption beyond socialism.
Some interesting thoughts by Tom Mullen. The Declaration of Independence was the greatest document in human history. As for the Constitution (pre-Bill of Rights), one has to wonder about some of its authors’ motivation.

Smith’s On the Moral Right to Resist Authority (video). “Your right to keep and own a gun is not the right to shoot at a deer, it’s the right to shoot at the government if it’s taken over by tyrants.” – Andrew Napolitano, “Reflections on the Loss of Liberty” 26 October 2012.
Oil is a vital commodity but there is no oil crisis. Even if oil became scarce there is nuclear power and who knows what other technical innovations that would flourish in a county free from crazy regulations and confiscatory taxation.
The Energy Non-Crisis
by Lindsay Williams. (Originally The Key to the Energy Crisis.) At a Ford Hall Forum lecture question period in 1976, when oil prices were record high, Ayn Rand said “I don’t believe there is an energy crisis.” This book presents evidence that the oil crisis of the 1970’s was manufactured by elements within the government. There is vastly more oil under Alaska’s North Slope than all of Saudi Arabia.
The Oil Reserve Fallacy
by Prof. Robert Kovarik.
“Proven reserves are not a measure of future supply.”
“... the Middle East does not have two thirds of the world’s oil reserves.”
The two thirds estimate refers “to a narrow category of ‘proven’ oil reserves, not to ‘every ... barrel of oil in the world’ ... .”
“According to a US Geological Survey report quietly published in 2000, there is more oil outside the Middle East than inside the region.” Saudi Arabia, to take one country, “may have one quarter of the world’s identified oil reserves ..., but it has only about 16 percent of all ultimately recoverable reserves ... .”
Myth: The World is Running Out of Oil – Peak Oil (video)
Interview with author of The Bottemless Well, Peter Huber.
Abiotic Oil ?
I was brought up on the idea that oil came from prehistoric plants, “fossil fuel” you know, and that therefore the amount of oil underneath the earth is necessarily very limited. But the notion that oil comes from prehistoric vegetation is largely conjecture, and it has competition. Some Russians maintain that oil is produced by an ongoing abiotic process, a process not involving living things, and at a rate that even today exceeds consumption. Apparently they have some good evidence.
There may be more methane hydrate than all oil, gas and coal combined. Work in progress.
